All District 145 families can receive Spring/Summer clothing now through our local Community Closet! The Community Closet is an organization that provides new and gently used clothing for free to families residing in our school district. Appointment dates to shop will be shared with your family once the form is completed.
If your family would like to be a recipient of these programs, or make a donation, please complete this form and return to school no later than Friday, April 12th.
