Fun Night planning has been underway!
Eagle PTE Fun Night Fundraiser
When: March 20, 2026 Time: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
(The PTE is fundraising to purchase One Book One School, Field Day Items, Gaga Ball Pit Mats and More!)
There will be games, prizes, balloon art, face painting, and a gym full of inflatables-
all included with the purchase of a wristband. Raffles and concessions will be available
for purchase.
Fun Night timeline
Set up: 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Games: 5:00 - 7:30 pm (Games close at 7:30 for time to shop at the trading post)
Concessions: 5:00 – 8:00 pm (purchase night of only with cash or card)
Bounce Houses: 5:00 – 8:00 pm
Face painting/ Balloons: 5:30-7:30 pm
Raffle drawing: 7:30 pm
Trading post: 5:00 - 8:00 pm
Donations
Game Donations-
Use this sign-up genius link https://tinyurl.com/4dzhpnu6 to sign up for some items we need for Fun Night. Please have Donations to the School By March 15th (unless the item you sign up for has a specific date listed)
Prize Donations- We would love your old toys to use for prizes! Just make sure items are clean and in “like new” condition. (If we end up not using your toy it will be donated or used next year)
Volunteer Sign Up Genius/ Pre-Sale
At the beginning of March look for the “Fun Night Pre-Sale/Volunteer Form,”coming home in back packs.
The “Fun Night Pre-sale/Volunteer Form” is for families to pre-purchase wristbands, and/or for parents, guardians, grandparents or siblings (middle school aged and up) to sign up for a FREE wristband or meal for volunteering at Fun Night.
