Our Waverly wrestling Team has UNofficially qualified for the state wrestling duals. Official results will be released Monday. In order for us to be geared up in time, we need to get apparel orders in. Go to the following website and order your apparel now! The deadline is Monday, 10:00am to place your order.
Orders WILL NOT be reimbursed if Waverly does not qualify, but we are VERY confident the boys earned a spot, therefore, comfortable sharing the link.

EMC Dual Championships this Friday @ Waverly. All wrestling will take place in the Main Gym and will begin at 3:00pm. Admission is $6 for adults & $4 for students. EMC Passes only. Some top Class B dual teams at this tournament will make for a very exciting evening!!

Waverly wrestling defeats Beatrice in their final dual of the day 37-28. Another BIG time ATTA BOY goes out to Wyatt Fanning for earning his 100th win…Booyah!!!!
Wrestling defeats Auburn 79-0 in their first day of the day.
Early on Waverly leads Aurburn in their dual 18-0. Huge ATTA BOY to Trevor Brown for earning his 100th win…BOOM!!
Waverly defeats Kearney 34-33 to win the Platinum bracket at the Fracas. Waverly finishes 7-2 on the weekend. Great job fellas!!
Waverly defeats Lincoln Southwest 47-21. Kearney will be up next.
Waverly will wrestle Lincoln Southwest and Kearney in the Platinum Bracket.
Waverly Wrestling defeats Smith Center KS, 69-6 and Lincoln Southeast 72-6 this morning to finish out pool rounds.
Norfolk defeats Waverly 51-21. Waverly finishes 2-2 on Day 1. Will wrestle Smith Center, KS and Lincoln Southeast tomorrow morning before final placement pools. Girls will also wrestle tomorrow starting 10:00am.

Folks, what a weekend for Waverly Wrestling. Council Bluffs Lewis Central tournament hosted 41 teams from 7 different states. Waverly finished 8th overall. Extreme competition and the boys and girls delivered! Only Millard South and Lincoln East finished above the Vikings from NE
