Congratulations to Owen Carillo, Hunter Thoms, Drew Koch, Brennan Miller, & Bruin Sampson for being named to the All-State Honorable Mention List for Class B Baseball by OWH.

Sampson comes in with the bases loaded and no outs to shut Hastings down and Waverly wins 9-8. They will play Wahoo tomorrow here at Sam Crawford @ 5:00pm. Way to grind it out boys!!!

The boys fall to Norris in the Spartan Tournament Championship 8-2, but what a weekend on the diamond finishing runner-up. Congrats fellas, onto the next one!

Baseball loses a close game with Lincoln Southwest 3-2 this morning but did enough on Day 1 to earn their way to the Championship Game of the Lincoln East Tournament. They will play Norris at 3:00pm over at Den Hartdog.

Waverly Baseball with a BIG TIME 6-5 win over Lincoln East in tournament action this morning. Nash Peterson was LOCKED in and the boys rallied. ATTA WAY MEN!!!!

Baseball Update: We were able to secure umpires for a DH tomorrow out at Lawson Park Field #1. The JV and Reserve teams will play Elkhorn North. Both games will be 90 minutes or 5 innings. JV @ 4:30, Reserve @ 6:30.

Reserve Baseball Rescheduled: @ Blair, Monday, April 17th, game 1 starts at 4:30pm. JV Baseball: Game vs. Bellevue East @ Lawson on Friday, April 14th starting at 4:30pm.

Baseball @ Crete on Tuesday, April 18th: JV @ 4:30 and will play 90 minutes or 5 innings. Varsity will play second and start at 6:30pm.
