Girls Varsity Soccer defeats Plattsmouth this afternoon 4-0. JV up next!!!

Due to the threat of potential severe weather later on this evening, we will be flipping the start of the JV/Varsity Girls Soccer games. The varsity will start at 5:00pm in Viking Stadium with JV to follow.

Waverly FBLA students had the incredible opportunity to join some of the brightest minds in the state to collaborate, compete, and learn about the future of business leadership. From inspiring keynote speakers to intense competitions, it was an unforgettable experience that truly showcased the talent and dedication of Nebraska's future leaders. 💼🚀
A huge shoutout to all the participants who poured their hearts into this event, as well as the organizers who made it all possible. Your hard work and passion are truly commendable!

What an outstanding performance by our Waverly Jazz Band. They competed at the NSBA State Jazz Band Festival earlier today. really fun group to listen to.

The Spring Nebraska Spring EconChallenge results are in and WHS students once again excelled! Out of 135 teams from across the state, WHS placed: 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, & 10th. 8 of the top 10 Nebraska EconChallenge teams were from WHS. 12 students will be going to the Federal Reserve in Omaha April 16th to compete for a chance at Nationals! Way to go!

Waverly High School Varsity Band performing at Doane University in the First Annual Doane Music Invitational with guest conductor and composer Dr. Nicole Piunno. Excellent opportunity for our band students to learn from a current composer! They sounded awesome!
