Earlier today we hosted a community celebration at WHS of the 2025 State Champion Football Team. It has been 45 years since the last title. We had the privilege to have some of the 1980 team in the crowd and listen to Pat Lawlor, son of past title head coach, John Lawlor. FAMILY!

A huge shoutout to our Personal Finance students who competed against 700 students in the Stock Market Game and placed 3rd overall! Each team was given $100,000 and 4 months of trading, and our students finished with an impressive portfolio value of $120,502 at the close of the market and the game.

Their strategy and teamwork earned them a well-deserved spot at the Champions Banquet in April to celebrate their success.

Team members: Cale Shaw, Norah Hanna, Kylee Doremus, and Lexi Anderson

We are incredibly proud of this group and their accomplishment!
