CONGRATULATIONS to the Pride of the Vikes on another OUTSTANDING performance placing them 5th in class 3A and 11th over all out of 25 bands. Sadly we just missed out on finals as only the top 10 bands move on. The good news is…they'll be home before midnight!

A group of juniors took a trip to UNK last week to learn about all the benefits of becoming a Loper. At the conclusion of the tours, UNK staff shared our group has been the best behaved group! Great job representing Waverly!

District Softball has been set and your Waverly Vikings have earned a spot playing Saturday @ Plum Creek Park in Seward. This is a best 2/3 series with a chance to punch a ticket to State. More information will be shared as it is received.
Back at Viking Stadium tonight, JV football defeats Omaha Skutt 21-14.
Softball is beat by Elkhorn North 2-1. A very well played game by both teams! We will await the conclusion of other districts to see if we will qualify for a District Final.
Softball defeats Elkhorn 3-0 and will play Elkhorn North in the sub district finals. Game will start shortly.
