District 145 engaged in a collaborative process involving students, staff, parents, community members, and local health professionals during Summer 2020 to develop a “Return to School” plan for the 2020-2021 school year. The plan was made available on the District website and community updates were provided to stakeholders through live zoom sessions and weekly updates.
As we transition to the 2021-2022 school year, District 145 will continue to update its plan, protocols, and address any needs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic in collaboration with our school community. We will utilize our original plan and make adjustments to the plan for future school years to reflect changing circumstances and guidance.
District 145 intends to use federal ARP ESSER resources in accordance with the established parameters to address student learning needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic and to promote health and safety for our stakeholders. Below are links to the Return to School Plan and a corresponding survey for you to provide your feedback on the plan and the use of ARP ESSER.
