How does "sealed bid" work? The bid you put down is the price you pay if you are the highest bidder for that item. Note that some items have a minimum bid. You print the bid sheet and cover page, mark the bid price you want to pay for an item on the bid sheet, leave the bid price blank for the items you don't want, if you want multiple items then fill in those bid prices for each item, fill out the info needed on the bid sheet and cover page, fold them and put them in an envelope, address the envelope as stated in the table above, seal the envelope, then get it to the location stated in the table above before the due date and time stated in the table above.
How do I bid on just 1 item? Pick 1 and put a price next to it. Each bid is for a specific single item. See the "Partial Bids Accepted" section in the table above for more info.
There are multiple items of the same model and I want just 1, how do I bid so I get 1 of those same model items? Sealed bid doesn't allow for this. With sealed bid, you pick 1 item and put a price on it. If you are highest bidder then you win it. See the "Partial Bids Accepted" section in the table above for more info.
