Waverly, NE 68462 | | 2/20/2017: Removed requirement for a fold and saddle stitch finisher on the WHS production unit and a fold finisher on the CO (color) unit in Appendix C on page 27. Neither of these finishing options are a requirement. 2/20/2017: Updated downtime maximum percentage on page 17 under section II, "Downtime" from 4% to 5% which matches the "Uptime Guarantee" in section III. This was a clerical error in the original publication of the RFP. The uptime guarantee remains at 95% (or no more than 5% downtime). 2/9/2017: Added information to page 11 under "Scope of Proposal" section (which begins on page 10) regarding vendor's responsibility for field verifying equipment being proposed will fit in existing/designated copier locations or providing notification if this is not physically possible without modification/relocation of equipment. 2/6/2017: Updated document to correct/clarify pre-bid meeting date listed on page 3 under "Issuing Office and Questions". Originally listed Monday, February 16th. February 16th is a Thursday. The pre-bid meeting date is Thursday, February 16th.
